KASPR Predict for Snowflake: Beta Terms of Use
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms cover the KASPR Predict Snowflake Native App. The general terms for schedule.kasprdata.com are at /terms-conditions.
About these terms
These terms apply to the KASPR Predict Snowflake Native App (the "App") offered by KASPR Datahaus Pty Ltd (ABN 67 624 542 909), Prahran, Victoria, Australia ("KASPR", "we", "us"), through the Snowflake Marketplace. By installing or using the App, the organisation that owns the Snowflake account ("you") agrees to these terms. Your use of Snowflake itself is governed by your agreement with Snowflake.
1. Beta
1.1 The App is a beta. Features, outputs, limits and these terms may change while it is in beta.
1.2 During the beta the App is free of charge. We will give you at least 30 days' notice, by email to your listing contact and in the App's documentation, before any of the following:
(a) introducing fees;
(b) ending the beta;
(c) reducing the free allowance.
1.3 When the beta ends, we may offer a paid version through a separate listing, and we may limit or stop the App's free functionality after the notice period. Your data in the App's own tables stays in your account until you uninstall the App.
2. Licence
2.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App in your Snowflake accounts for your internal business purposes during the beta.
2.2 You must not:
(a) resell, sublicense or redistribute the App or its outputs as a data product;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile or extract the App's code or the underlying KASPR data, except as the law allows;
(c) use the App to build a competing product or dataset;
(d) try to get around usage limits, entitlements or security controls.
3. Usage limits and entitlements
3.1 The App applies usage limits, currently up to 50 distinct places per user per day. The App checks your entitlement against settings we control, shared to the App through Snowflake.
3.2 We may change limits during the beta under clause 1.2, except that we may act immediately to stop abuse or protect the service.
4. Your data and privacy
4.1 The App runs inside your Snowflake account. Your questions, locations and results are stored only in the App's tables in your account. The App makes no outbound network calls and does not read your other tables.
4.2 The App does not send us your questions, locations or results. Snowflake may provide us with standard usage information about the App, such as installation and usage events, under Snowflake's provider terms. We handle any personal information under our Privacy Policy (https://schedule.kasprdata.com/privacy-policy).
4.3 You are responsible for the data you put into the App and for having the right to use it. Do not enter full IP addresses or sensitive personal information; the App rejects full IP addresses.
5. Nature of the outputs
5.1 The App's answers are based on KASPR's historical typical-week pattern of internet quality (data up to July 2026). They describe how an hour usually behaves. They are not live measurements or a forecast of any specific event. They do not guarantee network performance.
5.2 You decide how to use the outputs. Do not rely on the App alone for decisions where a network problem could cause injury, significant financial loss or a safety issue.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its code, the KASPR data and all related intellectual property remain ours or our licensors'. You own your input data. Subject to clause 2.2, you may use the outputs for your internal purposes.
7. Warranties
7.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.
7.2 Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability for breach of such a guarantee can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
(a) we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from the App;
(b) our total liability arising from the App during the beta is limited to AUD 100.
9. Suspension and termination
9.1 You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9.2 We may suspend or end your access immediately if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the App, KASPR data or other users. Otherwise, we will give the notice in clause 1.2.
9.3 Clauses 2.2, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. General
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
10.2 We may update these terms. We will notify material changes under clause 1.2. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the updated terms.
